With extensive experience in areas such as automated property valuation, spatial data analytics, and digital transformation of real estate processes, he has played a pivotal role in driving innovation in the sector. As a serial entrepreneur, Yevgen has successfully built teams from the ground up, growing organizations to over 50 employees while fostering agile, high-performance cultures. He holds a business degree and has completed a postgraduate program in Real Estate at the University of Cambridge, which further deepened his expertise in property markets and investment. His dynamic leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in shaping data-driven solutions that address complex challenges in real estate. Yevgen continues to contribute to the evolution of the PropTech landscape through his ventures and collaborative projects.

Dr. Wolfgang Brunauer is a recognized expert in data science and real estate economics, with a distinguished academic background including a PhD in Economics and an MBA from the University of Innsbruck.
